I need help

I will never in my life book a ticket with eldo coaches....I booked a ticket for the 15th of December 2021 and I cancelled it because we had a funeral a week before so I requested a refund i was then informed to send all the necessary documents and feel the refund form of which I did when I called I was informed I will get my money on thr 15th of January till today there's nothing I have been trying to call their head office asking for my money they always tell me one story that their will send an email to their finance department....I can't even register my son at school because they are holding my money the tickets were costing R2270 and I have spent R400 airtime trying to call these people.....I am really ****ed now and I need help to get my money back.....my contact no is ***
