I need answers

This is the worst thing ever. Everytime i call tge elfo coaches call centre abd the call reaches 2 min they dropp. This doesn’t make sense as it’s taking up a lot of airtime. I made a booking online and got an sms to say R730 has been deducted, when i called them they denied all of that and told me i need to pay another R730 in the morning before 8:30 how is this possible, they are just a waste of time, i would have booked with someone else if i knew this was gonna happen now i have to wake up early to go to their offices and sort this out. The agent i spoke to told me to send back and front of my card and my ID but now they are denying the payment. ???????????
