I am unhappy as I came to board at 18:15pm

I am unhappy as I came to board at 18:15pm. I was on time. But to my astonishment I get a message at that same time that I am supposed to board that the there has been a delay with the service and that we must remain at departure and wait. I have now been waiting for an hour nevermind the unprofessionalism of sending such a message at the exact time of departure. An hour waiting no communication no bus. This is very annoying and unacceptable..
