I am not impressed!!!

I am not impressed with Eldo couches. 1stly enroute to Durban from KZN there was covid protocols in place. All tv screens kept showing a blue light n and off.

But! Heading back from Durban to JHB we got stucked formore than a hour!!! With no communication from the driver. And when he did say something in was in 1 of our African languages. Assuming all uderstood. No indication if another bus would come assist or anything.

After going out a while he came back sat on his chair on his phone!!! This is not on...i have a baby in all this.

No sanitizing for a fresh trip. I heard 1 of the Durban depo female supervisors shouting staff because no sanitizing being done. Yet it still was not done. In the times we living in this is not on. No masks no protocol

Now i understand these things happen . But a bus company with a fleet of buses surely these things can get avoided. We stucked on a busy road at a busy time of the year.

This is not on and iam not impressed.

I want this to be addressed i refuse to be quiet about it.
