Hurt and Unhappy customer-NO REFUND

I submitted a refund claim on the 23rd September. To date, I had not receive my money back, its even worse a person who is a supervisor named Lloyd never respond to my numerous emails and voicemails i left following up. At least someone to tell me what is the hold up not this silence I get from this buses. I always use their buses travelling long distance, now I don't even want my family member to book from them.
