Horrific service from Eldo couches

Worse service ever!!! I booked a ticket for my mom and aunt from Cape Town to Johannesburg. They were shocked at the poor conditions in the bus. Apart from arriving 4 hours after their eta, their experience in the bus was horrific. It was raining along the way and the bus had no windscreen wipers; the driver informed that it's been that way for some time. They also got rained on in the bus. The driver also was way over the speed limit; this was very traumatic for especially my mother. As tired as she was she could not rest or sleep on the bus. There was also no lights whatsoever in the bus; they sat in the dark throughout the trip. My aunt is sick from flu as I am writing this; her clothes were soaked from the rain that entered the bus. This bus should not be on the road.
