HORRIBLEEEEE SMELL!

Worst experience ever!!! I was travelling from Pretoria to Bloemfonfein and was welcomed by a HORRIBLE smell and dirty seats. The thought of being in that bus for more than 7 hours in such terrible smell was unbearable. Eldo Coaches is really compromising our health. We are in the middle of a Covid 19 pandemic and yet they are endangering our health. I wanted to vomit so bad let alone my sinuses giving me hell.

Oh and misleading information, their times when you book your ticket online and when you do the check in doesn't correspond and they don't even communicate with their customers. I REGRET USING ELDO COACHES BIG TIME.
