Horrible Service‼I paid for luxury coach but I ended up in a taxi because the toilet was not working ‼

I paid for a luxury bus to Durban but I was only put in a standard coach with no toilet facilities, worst of all we had to go to the streets to find a bus instead of finding a bus at Johannesburg Park Station, I want Eldo Coach to refund me my change,this is the second time I have a bad experience with Eldo Coaches: Eldo Coach jas no right to leave passengers behind because they are not even punctual themselves A luxury eldo coach that was suppose to be leaving Johannesburg at 13h00 never showed up hence we were taken to the streets to find any available bus, I want my change refund‼‼‼ I have a video of us waiting for a bus in the street instead of Park Station ***
