Horrible service on Eldo Coaches

The Bus was delayed for 1 hour at the departure point then broke down. We stood at the side of the road for 5 hours with no communication from the office, the driver's went to go sleep in the luggage compartment leaving us to sit in a cold bus. No one knows what's going to happen and we are already 5hours in.
