Horrible service from Eldo Coaches!

I had a ticket booked for Good Friday from East London to PE and the bus was so delayed. It arrived on time but first had to drive to Mthatha and then come back to pick me up. The drivers and passangers were drunk. The bus never came back. After phoning customer services multiple times they said they would sms when the bus is going to be back in East London and never smsed or called back after taking my number. I have called multiple times since and was given an email and phone number for a supervisor to get a refund. No replies to emails or on the whatsapp line. My phone calls are unanswered and when I do get through they tell me to phone again the next day or just pretend they can't hear anything. I've gone to the bus depot and they told me I need to contact the supervisor and that the bus "must have come back" but they all went home at 5pm. When the bus was leaving to Mthatha. My return ticket was cancelled the day after my departure bus failed to arrive and I still am struggling to get a refund.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced.
