Horrible service by Eldo bus

I booked Eldo coach 21 August 2022, for 745 bus . The bus picked us up at 8h10. It took us to Durban station, they said we must jump and wait for another bus. We waited more than 30 minutes. The bus arrived, we left the bus was moving so slow , we driver said he has no control over the bus , because it is not right. We traveled 12 hours. Busses that left at 11 passed us. On arrival in Park Station, bus of loaded passengers and Pretoria passengers remained. Later other passenger told us that the driver told them to come out and jump to another bus but didn't announce to all of us. We moved to that bus. When we were on our way , the bus turned back without telling us back to the station..When everybody was restless we asked what happening. He told us that he is picking up people.
