Horrible Service at PE branch

<p>We bought a ticket a month ago from today. The bus was a full hour and a half early and no one phoned us to make mention of this. We came in time to the station yet we found that the bus has already left. They then advised us to use another bus and they will refund us. We came back to get a refund and it has just been story after story. How we must produce ticket. To they need a 24 hours to investigate and I must send an email to them. So i did all of this. I then decided to go to their offices and get the refund, i wqs told they do jot keep cash. I went to say i am comming next weei same excuse. I went a day before same and said i will come tomorrow but same excuse. These people and this company have no respect for other people. Do not trust them to respect your life on the road. Stay well clear of them</p>
