Horrible service

We bought a ticket for our mother in Kuruman coming to Midrand on Saturday the 01/02/2020. And the bus was leaving Kuruman on Sunday the second of Feb 2020, mother arrived at the bus station on time and asked the bus driver of Eldo-Coaches if this is the bus to Johannesburg and he rep****: "Yes, but your name is not on the list of passengers to the desired destination". We called her to find out if she boarded the bus and sadly no, she was left behind. We called the Eldo-Coaches customer service and tried to highlight the issue at hand and nothing was done. We were told they will look into the footage to verify the time, we called throughout the week and no one answered with the footage verdict, and when the phone is answered we are told that the guy who helped us was in a meeting and no one got back to us. It's Sunday the 9th of Feb 2020, we called again and apparently the cameras on that bus were faulty hence it was used to be fixed from wherever to Gauteng. The guy on the phone told us he can't help us even though the fault is on their side, and they never bother to come back to us with the footage.
