Horrible service

We bought tickets to travel to Joburg in Dec 2019, due to circumstances we had to cancel we processed the refund the following week and still haven’t been refunded. Today is the 11 March 2021. This is ridiculous. I have to phone them all the time to follow up, not once have they contacted us even though we have emailed the person in charge. Horrible service!!
