Horrible service

The bus came late, we were not informed. On inquiring they told us a message was sent on the staff group that it'd on it way but no one came to inform us as concerned passengers. Now we between laisburg and beaut fort west the toilet is blocked n the drivers don't care. Sanitonry pads pod is overflowing we are just in a horrible situation.
