Horrible service

The bus that was send to Kuruman for Johannesburg had no space for me and my 11yr old son and also they left with my luggage Bus driver and Eldos coaches assistant was very rude and told me that it's not their problem that we have no seats I need to take it up with head office and it also had no toilet on board how do one travel at night like that Drunk, rude passengers on board aswell I have to be at work tomorrow and now I'm stranded
