Horrible Service

The bus is always running 3-4 hours late, the driver is rude, we are given 5 mins to refresh at the stops. From Grahamstown to Joburg we only stopped twice to get fresh up.

From Johannesburg to Grahamstown we only stopped twice for refreshments, the bus was 3 hours, I was only told at the pick up point in Jhb, what's the point of taking our numbers then?. On my return to Jhb from Grahamstown the left at 21:30, 09 July 2018 and was suppose to arrive at 10:20 10 july 2018 at Johannesburg Park Station It arrived at 12:30, it took us an 30 minutes to get our luggage because of your shoddy service.
