Horrible service

On Friday 22nd of September 2017 I booked an Eldorado Coaches ticket for Thursday 28 September 2017 to depart from Bloemfontein tourism center to Johannesburg park station the bus was almost 2 hours late but what really broke my heart was when I get into the bus and find that there was no available seat I told their staff and I was told that the bus was overbooked.How can the bus be overbooked for someone who bought a ticket when there was still 55 seats left? I had to stand,a paying customer standing,it was a horrible and uncomfortable experience, I was worried about my safety more than anything else. I have been a loyal customer to this company but I guess our relationship came to an end that night. As a reputable company I expected more from Eldorado Coaches,in Bloemfontein all buses announces their departing buses on loud speakers but that's not the case with Eldorado coaches,on my arrival I called their customer care line and explain to them that I had to stand from Bloemfontein until we got another bus in Ventersburg which even the driver told me I was very lucky, their customer service seem not to see anything wrong with what I went through I guess I'm not the first customer to go through that but that's not going to happen to me again because I'm never gonna buy an Eldorado coaches ticket ever again.
