Horrible service

Horrible service bus from Durban to johannesburg, bus broke down 2 times 1st it broke down at Pietermaritzeburg we waited for an hour for the bus to be fixed, after it was fixed it broke again in the middle of nowhere. We waited for 2 to 3 hours for the other bus to take us to Johannesburg park station. We arrived at 22:00 pm since we left at 11:00 am and since of the pandemic no taxis were available, they left us lying that they will come back to fetch us to Germiston. Is now 00:27 I am still waiting. Poor service.
