Horrible Service

Never in my life would I ever use this bus service again. I travelled with Eldo on the 24th of Dec from Cape Town to Queenstown. 1st incident, when we got to Worcester the driver told us that we had to turn back because the was people that got left behind that were in Paarl. Now this was a 1st I've ever heard of as if you miss your bus you'd have to make alternatives. We turned back as we weren't given a choice in the matter nor the was anything we could do. 2nd incident, Just as we got out of Graaff Reinet, the bus boke down about 15-25 min after we left the town. This was due to a mechanical issue which wouldn't have taken place if their fleet was thoroughly maintained and serviced. Note that this took place around about 7am, time which we should have been in Queenstown by then. We were told that we would have to wait for a mechanic but they couldn't get hold of one. We made our own attempts to continue our journey to our destination. We merely got a measly sms apology out of the high fares they charge people during peak season but offer a horrible service. This bus service should be taken off as I feel it poses a great inconvenience and danger to peoples lives and don't even get value for your money. Won't even mention the lack of hygiene.
