Horrible, ******ic and worse experience of my life

firstly, our 8 o'clock buss was delayed till 10:15. the buss was over booked. the workers never came to inform us of a reason. once the bus came there was absolutely NO organization in getting the people onto the bus. People were pushing and shoving. secondly, over weight people should buy 2 tickets. I never paid for a half a seat ticket. after asking a African guy to please move one seat forward sothat I can sit with my husband I got told times have changed and he does not listen to white people. this after me saying please... myself and my husband got off and onto the next bus, lucky for us the bus we were on firstly was overbooked. On the 2nd bus, the seat recliner was broken and the busses when felt like it was going to shake the the bus apart. the shaking got so bad the gear stick had to be held down sothat the noise was not heard by the people in the back. I honestly van not believe that this is the type of service that one must expect from this company... I have received a warning for coming late to work. Hence the reason I took a 8 o'clock ticket was to reach Durban at 3.30 and b e intime to get to work at 6. i know nothing will be done, but this is really patheyic.
