Horrible experience with eldo bus coach

Good day, This i write in utter disbelieve that Eldos quality of service and lack of customer service has declined. The principle of TcF has not beed app**** especially since the service is of a paying factor. On the 01st of November 2022 i booked i return ticket from Pretoria bosman station to durban for 07 30 pm arriving at durban station at 5 30am only to wait till after 9pm to get a bus. The bus loaded us and ither passengers taking citiliner bus and left us at park station stranded. The driver was shouting and said he should have knocked off work at 9pm.at Park Station an eldo bis comes after 10 30 pm no order or anything and there was passengers on board already. We had to push each other to jump on the bus, a stampede almost occurred. This type of behavior from all staff is appalling. This should be investigated aa nt the first time such matters occurred. Lives that's put in harms way without a conscience. I will never travel by bus again it was a sore experience
