Horrible experience on ELDO Coaches bus

<p>I was traveling from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg on the 2nd of January 2016. The bus was late to leave to begin with and we stood more than 4 hours when the bus broke down at Caledon street. The drivers were not helpful, the call center was not helpful at all telling us they were just consultants. We were rushing for working and meetings and it was just an inconvenience. It does not even deserve a star</p>
