Horrible Experience

The bus was late and we were only notified about this after waiting for over an hour. The lady at the desk in Park Station Johannesburg was not professional and didn't have the utmost respect for her job.

The bus was slow and it took us about 9 hours on the road with only one stop to Durban. The bus driver was kind and mentioned that it was due to the bus' lack of service that we weren't able to make it on time
