HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Most Bad Service I've ever experienced in my whole entire life. The bus had a problem and we were supposed to leave Jhb at 21:25pm[30/04] till today @ 5:42am we are still in Jhb. The driver decided to leave us alone in this weird place. No one has made a plan to get another bus since from last night at 11:00 pm.
