Horrible bus services...

Thursday 6 april 2023 evening 20H00 the bus was suppose to arrive in Caledon. 19H30 the fist sms came saying the bus is late but please stay at your destination. 19H45 another sms and not even saying how late the bus will take to arrive. we've waited and waited. Trying to call the call centre and the phone didn't even rang. No customer service at all and also no explanation or apology. Worse service ever and I will never ever boo another trip with them. No humanity! Disgusted service
