<p>Yesterday, 4 May 2017, I took the 18:15pm coach from Johannesburg to East London. This was the first time I was using this company's buses. Little did I know I would regret it! </p> <p>For 3 hours, the 1St driver blasted the radio on the highest volume. At first it was a soccer match. When asked to lower the volume and change the station, he refused. Later, he played very loud music. At 00:30am, finally after one of the passengers screamed, he switched the radio off.</p> <p> </p> <p>At 6am, the second driver switched on the radio and put it on the highest volume. Waking all passengers, including the babies on board. When asked to switch it off, he raised the volume instead. </p> <p> </p> <p>I called the call centre and asked that the issue of the radio be resolved with the driver. The agent did not even attempt to do so. She said she would call me back after calling the driver. She did no such thing. </p> <p> </p> <p>Eldo Coach staff are rude, abusive, unprofessional and completely dismissive of the customers whom they serve! It's the worst bus service. </p>
