Hell trip

<p>Disgusted with attitude of coach driver. My family traveled today on the Jhb to Dbn (11:00) service and had a horror trip with a driver who thinks that the services of fare paying passengers are for him. Afer my brother in-law repeatedly telling the driver that my sister in-law is diabetic and suffer from epilepcy,can get a seizure( to please turn off the heaters and turn on the aircons ). The driver wanted the heater on and got his way an my sister in-law had an attack. My family is disgusted and pray that the management do something so that other families don't have to go through the same 'Hell Ride' more so that the festive season is approaching and there will be many people commuting. WE WILL NOT BE USING YOUR SERVICES AGAIN.</p>
