Greyhound worst experience

Never in my life have i experienced such service it was cruelty to the core maybe Eldos is time they stop using Greyhound's name. The bus was supposed to leasve at 11:30 however showed up at 14:30 with lame excuses and it's not the 1st time, to top it up the bus overheats with no air-condition for 15 hours going for 19 i am freezing and can feel it in my bones it's like am hoping at the back of a bakkie that i literally shed a tear from Johannesburg to Capetown. I know the company only cares about making money however had to share.
