Greyhound Bus Burns

After numerous emails and daily unanswered phone calls...still no response from them about their bus burning out on 26 November 2022 leaving my child and a friend stranded at 22h30. They lost all their luggage. This is absolutely pathetic...they act as if nothing happened😡🤬
