GIVE ME MY REFUNDS!!!!!!!

These bunch of unprofessional mishaps don't even deserve a single star. I had changed my tickets from Jhb to Dbn with them and was due a refund. Did I get my refund, no!!! I was told it would be put into a wallet for future use... Then when you call their call centre you are out on hold for longer than 3 hours!!! Well atleast That is how long I was on the line before they cut the line when I got to number one.

I want my money back, for my tickets and the refund that was due to me. Their ****** WhatsApp line is also a joke. If you have no customer service you really should get out of a customer centric business!!! Like how the hell do you run a business like this?!

Never again will I use your buses, I would honestly rather risk the taxi's at this point!!!!!
