Good Lord, where does one even start with these idiots, the level of incompetence with these people, let me share my detest with this group of people is beyond anyone's comprehension, the people are ******, ********, ********** and downright dirty people who give zero ****s customers but rather their pockets, we all pay full price to these people but they will keep you for 4 hours after your departure time, no communication, not feedback nothing, drivers are nowhere to be found, staff rude to clients and really abrupt when asked questions, drivers are clueless, late, sometimes drunk, covid protocols aren't adhered to and they place lives at risk, they don't care about anytime or anyone but their bottom line, this busline should be SHUT DOWN . . . . . YESTERDAY. . . . PLEASE!
