The service i received from Eldo coaches porters in Johannesburg parkstation on today was pathetic and traumatising. They demanded me to pay for my laggage of tv 39" the total amount of R200. I tried to explain to them that i did not know that they charge for lagagges because i've used their services for several times and never pay for any laggage and also i have nothing in my pocket. They did not entertain what i was trying to explain and demanded the money. I had to call my sister and ask her to borrow me the money. She made an immediate transfer for me. I asked them if is possible to swipe with my bank card. They said no, only cash is allowed. I rushed to atm to withdraw and when i come back he ask me to pay R150 not R200 anymore. I gave him the money. Then while i was sitting in a bus busy discussing the issue with the lady who was sitting next to me, we saw them sharing the money. So the guy whom i gave the money gave the other one an amount of R50. I really got confused and did not know what to do because the bus the was about to departure. I'm not happy as a customer and i see what they did as ***** because they did not issue any receipt. I do not have their names but i have their picture with me. I do not see myself using Eldo coaches service any more because they **** their own customers.
