Faulty Eldos buses

We took a bus from Durban to Pretoria, the 11am bus. We've been on the road from 11am to 22:20pm. The first bus got stuck, the second one also got stuck and instead of them sending a bus they sent a mechanic who kept us waiting for almost an hour and he is still not here. The service has been terrible not to mention the faulty buses
