Faulty Eldo Buses

This bus service should have their license revoked! This is the worse service I've ever experienced. My departure time to Durban from Johannesburg was 8.55pm but it is now 23.40pm and we are STILL in Johannesburg because the bus is faulty. No communication, no solutions. Reg: FK41MW - GP
