Faulty bus in the middle of Nowhere(in the dark)

I hope you are well coz we are not. I am in an Eldo coaches bus on route to upington. The bus was suppose to leave park station this evening at 18:00 @ 19:00 we were still at park Station with no explanation or apology. We left park station 20:27 instead of 18:00 coz the bus won't start.

About 20 minutes later , the lights and indicators stopped working and now we standing in the middle of nowhere where we could get ******, coz it's dark here and no police as security. Eldo coaches are gambling with our lifes. Why didn't you send out a different bus when this 1 encounted problems at park station. Even now, why are we waiting for a mechanic and not a different proper bus that will get us safe to our destinations. Here is elderly people as well as a baby and minor kids in this bus. How would you as a human being feel when you stuck with a baby or your elderly parent in a cold bus in winter in the middle of No Where?

You as eldo coaches are taking us for granted. This is the third time happening with me in the bus.

This is unacceptable.
