EXTREMELY POOR SERVICES

I cancelled my bus ticket sometime in December 2022 and I sent them all necessary documents and information requested for refund which they promised it was going to take 14 to 21 working days and till now; four months later, I still have not gotten my refund. I have called numerous times to no avail and the calls do charge me. Even when waiting for a consultant to answer and at times, it takes like 40mins before they answer if at all they do.

However, I managed to get hold of a lady called Selesley who happens to be their call Centre supervisor but it is still of no help. Their service is very much unprofessional and annoying.
