Extremely bad service

I am experiencing a very terrible service by this Eldo coaches company. The bus was supposed to leave at 7:30am from Johannesburg to Durban but departed at 9:30am and there's no communication. The roof is leaking as it is raining. Some passengers are standing. This is extremely bad.
