Extream bad service

I bought a ticket travelling from PMB to Lenasia for 23h00 22/09/2017. The bus was late to start with,it arrived 23h20. At 00h00 around Twiddie we had two tyres punched .We had to wait for a breakdown guy to come fix the tyres for almost two hours.He took over two hours again to fix the tyres and we left twiddies around 4:30 am. Couldn't Eldo coaches dispatch another bus instead of customers having to wait for over 4 hours for tyres to be fixed in the middle of nowhere were our safety was jeopardized ?As if that was not enough ,at 9h30 we get to park station and we are told the driver has to start in Pretoria with the Lenasia passengers first because they didn't have a driver to take the Lenesia passengers to Lenasia. That was another 2h30 hour delay.I traveled a 6 hour journey from PMB to Lenasia in almost 13 hours.I couldn't go to work because i got home at 13h00. I find the service received appalling and unacceptable.
