Elso couches- worst long distance bus to travel with

The worst bus ride of my life. The drivers assistanct was the rudest person I have ever met. We were given 3 stops only, the drivers assistant was touchy, and he was reclining peoples seats without them asking even though people were clearly uncomfortable. People were told they could not take off their shoes. We were all belittled and treated like less than humans. I will never use this bus ever again, that's for sure.
