Eldos should refund

Hi, I need assistance withHi, I need assistance with our return trip bookings were made with your Company and coming to Durban on your bus has been the worst experience of my life. First the bus was almost 1 and a half hours late at our pick up point in Jhb. Then we stopped at a petrol station about 30km later for almost 30 minutes. We then stopped again at the first tollgate for more than an hour... Waiting for a driver as the one who got us there was new and was called back to the office. The bus was in terrible condiotion with seats broken.. Dirty.. Smelly from a toilet that was so filthy not one passenger dared to use it. At he next stop we changed drivers again and to top it off we booked to be dropped at the beach and all of us were told to get off at Durban station. I refused and got dumped in the middle of durban at 6h45. So i was 3 hours late and my family had to ride around looking for me until after 7 o clock. Tomorrow i am booked to go back to Jhb..... From the tropicano hotel beach... I am dreading missing my bus... But more so having the same experience on a broken ******* bus... Please advise my booking is for 7h45 from Durban beach.
