Eldos don't care about customers.

Eldo coaches has to be one of the worst transportation company they don't care about customers. Today I traveled from Durban to Johannesburg at night but, as we get to Harrismith the bus died. The driver called at the office but unfortunately we were left without any help. They **** to us that they've sent a bus to collect us but we waited for 10 hours since 04:30 nothing happened an we were lift with no choice but to organise ourselves public taxis to finish our trip. Kids we're crying, people we hungry, even the bus toilet wasn't work it was so bad. Management at eldos were fight with customers for complaining.
