The worst service in the bus service industry. I made a online booking got confirmation to pay in 24 hours at prescribe outlets. I got to the shop and was told the ref number does not work. I called the call center and was told that I had 20 min to pay for a ticket that I booked after hours online. I'm confused ... what is the point of having a online booking system is you cant even manage it. No where in the booking site does it state that you have 20 min to pay for your booking. I did get confirmation of 24 hours to pay and a ref number. NO help from call center to fix their problem I was told to by another Ticket at a higher price. Yet they the bus company with the highest accident rate on the south African roads.
