Eldos Coaches gone bad:

I decided to use Eldo coaches for the first time ...little did I know that I had thrown myself to the wolves. Their customer care is not up to scratch and they struggle with basics..I'm still waiting for my email response and also for the tracking schedule they promised..we just left Montrose now..close to an hour after stopping over. Good company going bad. The manager at Park Station did very little to assist. They were "offline"..please respond to my query: **********
