Eldos Coaches are *********** & TORTURING ITS CUSTOMERS

I have never seen such incompetence,unprofessionalism in my entire travel life. Today the 24th April I'm waiting for a bus at Harrismith that was supposed to be here around 12:30 and its 15:45 already. I have been waiting in the rain and I'm cold,wet and shaking. No one cares to even inform us about the delays and when you call the phones are always not answered. This Eldos Coaches must be cancelled and not be allowed to operate. You guys torture us to the point whereby we just had enough. Its always same story over and over. I've been waiting here for 4hours already and you just dont care about your Customers.it hurts so bad that I have to wait here when I've payed for a service that is not delivered properly. I'm disgusted and fuming
