Eldos Coach don't want to refund.

I purchased 2 tickets for 21th March 2023 the bus was leaving at 21h20 tonight I got a call at 14h30 I was told the the was no busses coming to Kuruman yesterday..I am going to graduation tomorrow morning that's why I booked for today..when I ask for refund they says I won't be refunded am furious I didn't cancel nor missed a bus.
