Eldos bus time management 👎

The worst experience i have ever come accross. I booked a bus to Port Elizabeth fro Pretoria, the bus was suppose to departure at 16h30 on the 01/11/2022 and arrive at 7h30am the next day at PE. I experienced the wost ever servise of my life, the bus was delayed for about 2hours as it ended up arriving to the station at 18h00, no one from Eldos bothered to inform us as to whats going on. People where just sitting like they are lost, some with kids crying because of hunger as they waited longer. The bus ended up departing at 18h00 to Joburg parkstation. Even at Joburg parkstation ut delayed again ended up departing at 20h40, still no one said anything to the people just to keep us updated. To Eldos management, that was not a school trip, some of us where going there because of work, some of us where suppose to arrive to our destination on time. I ended up arriving to my destination at 12h00 pm instead of 7h30 promised. Your bad experience might lead to someone to lose his or her job one day. That was very much unprofessional.
