Eldorado Coaches is Trash!

The busses are trash, the customer care is trash, calling any number provided yields little to no results and now, 4 hours after boarding a bus that was over an hour late, the bus is stuck on the side of the N3. The bus driver asked us for empty 2L bottles so we could get water from the nearby motel for said bus.

The busses are always delayed. The service is full of *********** people. We were told the bus was late because it was being checked over and being made ready.

This company is operated by children whose greatest milestone so far is finger-painting and having nap time on lock. It's a useless company that would do so much better to just retire from the industry and allow serious companies who care about basic safety, roadworthiness, hygiene and seats with working reclining functions to transport people.

I 100% would never recommend this company to my worst enemy or anyone and I don't think they even care. 2 emails down and no response and definitely no remedy.

Absolutely useless and anyone with sense, it doesn't even have to be good sense, should go to Intercape. The service is good there and they have a functional customer care line.
