Eldo very unprofessional and unpleasant service

I booked a bus with Eldo that was supposed to leave at 18h00 the bus only left JHB at 21h30 the bus was crammed and smelling of urine I have never received such bad and ****ty service in my life. I am never recommending this bus to anyone! I am now late for my time of arrival! Eldo coaches is a bunch of ****ty unproffesional people. It was my first experience and never again!
