Eldo coaches are Pathetic *****

I had asked for a refund 5 December, they told me that all refunds were done in January as there is no one to action the refund. I found that strange but nonetheless i asked the them to send me a message from their whatsapp chat stating that they'll process my refund im January.

I sent them messages 10 January already to get back to me regarding the refund. I even sent an email, but they didn't get back to me. I called them today 20 December, regarding the refund. They told me that a refund applicatiom had to be filled in. I said "this is ridiculous, i was not told of any application", they then said they'll send me an refund application over email. I said ill wait while they send it. They kept me on hold for the whole call. When i asked them if a email really takes this long to be sent, they told me once i received the application letter, i will understand why it took long.

Guess it must be a hell of an application letter cause it still wasnt said. I soon realised they were stalling for time.

Dont book your tickets with these people their customer services is extremely bad. I've had to reschedule my ticket a few times and getting hold of them was a disaster.
